Sy Parrish (Robin Williams), a lonely photo technician who works in the local Savmart superstore, develops an unhealthy obsession with a family who visit the store to have their photos developed on a regular basis. He imagines what it would like to be part of this seemingly perfect family because he's never had a decent family life. A good creepy thriller that ends on a heartbreaking note.
