Journey to the Unknown
OverviewSynopsis
Journey to the Unknown can be seen as the British equivalent of The Twilight Zone without the staying power. Consisting of quirky stories dealing with the strange, horrific and unknown, the viewer is taken on a rollercoaster ride of fantasy. The series which was produced by Hammer Productions would be its first serious foray into television anthology and was made in association with Twentieth Century Fox and ABC Television. As it was also aimed at the American market each episode featured an American guest-star in a key role. The series only ran for one season of seventeen episodes.
